V-Healthy Personal Training is the best way for you to achieve your health goals.

A V-Healthy Personal Trainer will design a programme specific to your needs, teach you the best way to exercise and how to eat healthily. The programme will be delivered at a time and place convenient to you.

V-Healthy Personal Trainers will also provide the following:

  • Health assessments
  • Guidance on reaching your goals and what to do after you have reached them
  • Education about strength training and cardiovascular training
  • Nutritional Advice
  • Ways to help track your progress
  • Motivation during the session
  • Motivation during the week via text message and email

Personal Training is for you if you:

  • Want to lose weight, tone or change shape
  • Want to achieve a goal e.g. run a marathon
  • Struggle to do 5 x 30 minutes exercise/week (the recommended amount to stay healthy)

V-Healthy Personal Training does not have to be 1-to-1, it can be done in pairs or family groups
