V-Healthy Personal Training is the best way for you to achieve your health goals.

A V-Healthy Personal Trainer will design a programme specific to your needs, teach you the best way to exercise and how to eat healthily. The programme will be delivered at a time and place convenient to you.
V-Healthy Personal Trainers will also provide the following:
- Health assessments
- Guidance on reaching your goals and what to do after you have reached them
- Education about strength training and cardiovascular training
- Nutritional Advice
- Ways to help track your progress
- Motivation during the session
- Motivation during the week via text message and email
- Accountability
Personal Training is for you if you:
- Want to lose weight, tone or change shape
- Want to achieve a goal e.g. run a marathon
- Struggle to do 5 x 30 minutes exercise/week (the recommended amount to stay healthy)
