The recommended amount of exercise for adults to be considered to be healthy is 5 x 30 mins of moderate activity every week. If you do not do this then it is vital that you consider incorporating more exercise in to your lifestyle. You can do this by consulting one of our V-Healthy personal trainers or by coming a long to one of our fun and friendly V-Healthy exercise classes.
At V-Healthy we provide a wide range of classes for you to choose from including healthy eating classes, circuit classes, aerobics, dance, body tone, hula hooping, body combat and jogging groups. We also provide weight loss classes which guarantee you results.
